All the courses are given in English.
The following modules will be studied :
1. Burgundy presentation : history, appellations and Terroirs.
2. The vine as the seasons go by : the vegetative cycle, the vine conduct, the cutting.
3. Improvement of the quality of the vineyard.
4. Study of the maturity of the grape : Pinot noir and Chardonnay.
5. Harvest preliminary works.
6. Security during the harvesting time.
7. Red and white wine making process.
8. Ageing, maturing and storage wine.
9. Methodology and practice of wine tasting.
10 . Visits of Domaines and tastings commented by local winegrowers
Placement period :
You can benefit from a placement in a Burgundian Domaine to discover the wine making process and the harvest practices.
Certificates will be delivered by the CFPPA to participants
at the end ceremony.

- a certificate of insurance : each trainee must have a personal social security insurance in case of disease, as well as a National Insurance and a repatriation coverage.
Fees :
250 Euros/ person for the training week.
